COVID-19-Veno Magazine Boss, Sanya Ojo Tasks Gov. Abiodun As He Relieves Neighbours

Veno international magazine has joined hands to assist government to cushion the effects of stay at home in Abuja, and Ogun State,Nigeria by providing a breakfast of bread, tea to the neigbours on Friday

The Publisher,Elder Sanya Ojo coordinated the sharing to endure that it cuts across to all the neigbours in his residence, Ogun State,Nigeria and calling on the State Governor,Dapo Abiodun to do more to assist the people. Infact, ” the suffering is too much” he said .

He noted that government should ensure that money gets to individual accounts in order to comply with the stay at home order and the donations made so far by the reputable Nigerians for tackling COVID-19 should be used wisely

According to Pa Joseph Oladoye who thanked Veno management for the palliative measures to his neigbours, this is good idea which others including government need to emulate. “May the company continue to go higher” he prayed.

One of the beneficiaries Comfort Essien could not hide her feelings after collected her own palliative gift. “Veno, you are wonderful” she expressed joyfully.

Another beneficiary Mr.Gabriel Arowolo also stressed that this has gone along way in relieving people of hunger this morning. He stated that most people woke up this morning without having idea of what they would eat but with this, I am sure they are happy. ” Veno, it is only God that can reward you for this, may you never experienced hunger in your life” he prayed wholeheartedly.

According to Mrs, Eunice a widow, the level of poverty in a country with numerous resources is too much. ” poverty has embedded in our society to the extent that most people could not afford breakfast let alone of lunch before the lockdown “. Now that there is lockdown, government should improvise to ensure people do not die of hunger. she explained. She therefore implored government to fulfill its statutory responsibilities.

We therefore, used the occasion to pray for Nigerians and God should end COVID-19 without further delay.
