Safety & Security: So-Safe Corps Arrest Kidnap Gang Member In Ogun

Following the So-Safe Corps arrest of one of the gang members allegedly involved in the killing of Mrs Suberu Hannah and kidnap of her daughter together with her kid in Ijohun Town located at Yewa North Local Government area of Ogun State on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at about 23:35:00hrs, the State’s Commander of the Corps in his effort to spread security and safety to all visited the Ketu Divisional Command of the Corps and solid strategic plan to get the rest culprits apprehended was drawn.

On Friday, August 28, 2020, the So-Safe Corps Special Squad team who were put on their toes and giving a deadline and ordered to synergize with the neighboring country as the plan suggested to them got one of the Ijohun kidnap suspect at large, Mr Sunday Ishola (aged) 25 was successfully apprehended at about 20:00hrs at Oguba Village, Republic of Benin.

The suspect was after being apprehended by officers of the Corps and kept in custody of Benin officers jointly handed over to the Nigeria Police, Ogun State Police Command, Eegua Divisional Police Command for further investigation and likely prosecution.
