MINISTRY OF TRADE, COMMERCE, AND INDUSTRY GETS A NEW COMMISSIONER

The newly sworn in Commissioner for Trade, Commerce and Industry Hon.Chimezie Isaac Ukaegbu has called on the staff of ministry to collaborate with government in order to achieve a new Abia of our dream.

The Honourable Commissioner Dr Ukaegbu who made a brief stop at the Ministry of Trade Commerce and Industry after his swearing-in addressed staff and management of the ministry.

Dr. Chimezie disclosed that he is overwhelmed with the warm reception accorded him and stressed that the government led by Dr. Alex Chioma Otti is poised to deliver its promises to the people of the state.

Dr. Chimezie assured that by God’s grace, he will not disappoint the ministry, he will live up to expectations and solicited everyone’s cooperation to achieve the set target of taking the ministry to enviable heights.

Earlier in his speech, the acting Permanent Secretary Ministry of Trade, Commerce and Industry, Dr. Udeala Onuoha, thanked God for returning the Commissioner to the Ministry and reiterated that Dr. Chimezie is God sent to take the Ministry to greater heights. He enjoined the staff to collaborate and support the commissioner as a family and work as a team.

The event featured praises and prayers while Directors and staff of the Ministry were present.
